for beginners and those seeking a gentler and more restorative Yoga
experience.
Learn and expand upon
this unique presentation of Yoga and additional awareness and
movement practices designed to restore and renew body mind and spirit.
Based upon a
deep understanding of the layers and levels of bodily movement, alignment and
function, attention is given to
core and outer
physical strength, flexibility and overall balance.
Meditation, awareness, and mindful attention to breath enhances a sense
of power, focus and deep stress release. Take this invitation to transform all of
your life as you integrate this simple, potent and profound time spent
moving, breathing and being more fully in the the moment.
"Yoga
for Fitness, Function and Flow"

(Some experience with movement recommended)
Discover
the creative possibilities of yoga! This class is intended to
support any student seeking to develop variety, depth and confidence in their
practice. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace as they learn and
explore flows(vinyasa) of movement linked via breath to classical Yoga
postures and creative variations. In addition, learn and practice powerful
breath work, meditation and relaxation
experiences designed to stimulate healing energy and
integrate the benefits of the practice. Generate the
possibilities of greater physical well-being, stress release and a the deep

A complete Yoga experience for students of all levels. Function, fitness and fun
are the focus as you explore balanced
experiences of mindful movement
with simple, powerful techniques of breath work and meditation. Practicing
aware movement and
classical Yoga
postures is designed
to help develop
physical tone and flexibility, all the while restoring full body
function to bring greater ease and comfort in your body.
The higher practices of deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation are
integrated into the experience to facilitate
stress release
and deepen
inner peace and well-being on and off the yoga mat.
"Kundalini Yoga" 7:30-8:45pm
(all
levels of experience)
Novices
and experienced practitioners of Yoga can enjoy this
enlivening and enlightening Kundalini Yoga experience! Kundalini Yoga employs
breathing practices with postures, movement stretching and meditation in specific sequences and
forms to bring maximum benefits and amazing benefits to all aspects of the
Self. Utilize this amazing practice to support enhanced physical flexibility
and tone, expanded energy, deep stress release, heightened awareness and
transformational healing. Modifications to the practices are available to encouraged any level of
student to work at their own pace as they learn and
