Enjoy the serene atmosphere and
balanced practice to integrate all the best benefits Yoga has to offer. This class is designed to afford
beginner and advanced student alike the basis of the core strength, tone,
flexibility and balance that can provide the basis for the highest experience of
grace and ease in their Yoga practice. Here we will work skillfully with
classical Yoga poses, integrated with creative functional movement practices to enhance balance,
flexibility and strength from inside out. Creative awareness and breath
practices will support our exploration and help activate and ignite core
physical and energetic vitality, release stress tension. Enjoy building a deep
and powerful physical and energetic foundation to help you access the
possibilities of flow and freedom that lies at the root of Yogic
experience on and off the Yoga mat.
