Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Amidst all the challenges to our well being and to our happiness I feel deeply blessed to connect every day to you who are seeking a better way for yourselves and those you love.I am grateful for your interest in and participation in yoga, meditation and the healing arts. It continually humbles and inspires me on my own journey.

Mahatma Ghandi has stated: “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. … We need not wait to see what others do.”(1)

So no matter where you are on your path, I have a deep trust that as this good work you are doing toward healing yourself unfolds it helps you become the change that is needed in the world.

In a time of the darkness of recent world events I thank you for doing what you can to be a beacon of light.

Namaste,
Alan
