A joy that has remained a constant in my teaching career is having the opportunities to introduce and expand upon the classic practices of Yoga with the profound and powerful insights and practices drawn the treasure trove of healing modalities that are flourishing at his time.

I invite you to join me at  the Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health in Guilford on Wednesdays at 6:00pm fr a new “Yoga Basics–Ageless Ease” class this Fall. This class will a fusion of Classical Yoga with cutting edge performance enhancing functional movement and awareness practices, deeply transformative movement and energy experiences. Combing ancient wisdom with insight gained from the newly popularized ideas surrounding “neuroplasticity, this will be a gentle to moderately challenging Yoga experience practiced with core values of discovery, exploration and awareness.

Early feedback I have been getting has been terrific. Students are finding this work has awakened and unlocked pleasure and freedom in their bodies in powerful and unique ways and these benefits have permeated into their lives off the mat. This class can serve as a wonderful way to begin Yoga, deepen your enjoyment of your present Yoga practice and help you break from limiting entrenched patterns of body and mind.
