Taking care of mind and body in stressful times can be hard particularly in those busy times when we need it the most. For that reason we are offering  a free early afternoon Mindful Movement and Meditative Moments sessions from Monday-Friday May 25 – June 5, 2020.

These session will include a blend of simple self care practice including guided mindfulness and related meditations, simple breathing and imagery practices and brief postural corrective exercise and gentle somatic movements to relieve tension,  revitalize and set you onto a more productive and stress free day.

Simply show up as you are every day or any day, no special clothing or equipment is necessary. The movement will require no workout clothing, although having loose clothing, block or pillow, belt or strap at the ready can be helpful but is optional.
