The nine week Winter 2021 Yoga and momvement class series will begin on Sunday, January 10th and run through Wednesday March 10th. Classes will continue to be streamed online exclusively for the time being.

***New For Newcomers** Our special Getting Started Getting Better program is a 2 week program offering those new to Yoga or new to our classes unlimited Yoga, Posture and Movement classes for two weeks. This will allow you a way to sample our offerings to help you decide about our approach and which classes will best serve your needs The cost is $20 for the two weeks.

Taking your Yoga to the next level doesn't need to mean more demand physically, especially if the essence and depth of practice is compromised. This class integrates the deeper Yoga practices with the familiar and more advanced variations of Yoga postures to bring greater insight and avenues for getting the most out of your practice.
Elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired moment practices as weel as other creative healing movment modalities are integrated with more traditional Yoga poses and mindfulness practices to further enhance the growth and transformational possibilities of this experience.
