A new series of our ongoing “Pain Free Yoga for Functional Movement, Posture Alignment, and Stress Relief” class begins on Saturday, January 8th and will run for 6 weeks through February 12th, on Saturdays at 9:30am online via Zoom Meeting.This class is a great introduction to and ongoing support for those looking to resolve the postural cause of musculoskeletal pain and movement problems.
