Yoga Beyond the Basics: Yoga Mastery through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8:30 pm *Moderate challenge, some experience recommended)

Taking your Yoga to the next level doesn't need to mean more demand physically, especially if the essence and depth of practice is compromised. This class integrates the deeper Yoga practices with the familiar and more advanced variations of Yoga postures to bring greater insight and avenues for getting the most out of your practice.
Elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired moment practices as weel as other creative healing movment modalities are integrated with more traditional Yoga poses and mindfulness practices to further enhance the growth and transformational possibilities of this experience.

Yoga Basics: Flexibility and Stress Relief 6:00- 7:15 pm (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)
Learn and expand upon this unique presentation of yoga and additional awareness and movement practices designed to renew body mind and spirit. Restore and build flexibility, physical balance and tone as you release the accumulated effects of stress on your body and mind.
Here you will safely and steadily develop an understanding of the layers and levels of bodily movement, alignment, and function to alleviate aches and pains and restore comfort and joy in your body. Meditation, awareness and mindful attention to breath enhances a sense of power, focus and deep stress release.

Whether you are a novice or more advanced student, recovering from pain and movement problems or simply seeking to move through blocks or limitations in your Yoga or exercise practice, this class can help you to discover and shed limiting moment patterns to enjoy freedom and ease in Yoga.
This class will employ a creative fusion of mindful Yoga practices and cutting-edge techniques developed by present-day movement masters to unlock to help you transform mental and physical patterns of pain and limitation. Enjoy this subtle, deep and remarkably powerful way of using awareness in motion to help regain pain-free movement, tone, and flexibility, address the effects of stress on body and mind.
The higher practices of deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation are integrated into the experience to facilitate stress release and deepen inner peace and well-being on and off the yoga mat.
