Spring Yoga Series march - MAY, 2021 

VIEW OUR ONLINE ZOOM YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

The present series of classes will run through Wednesady March 10th.

The next series will begin on Sunday, March 14th and run for 10 weeks through Wednesday May 19th.
Classes will continue to be streamed online.We will begin to open the studio for in-person classes as the next few month as it becomes more safe to do so.
Ultimately, we will then be offering a mix of online, in studio and "hybrid"  classes that will both be streamed online and have students in-studio simultaneously.

$150.00 per week for one class per week for the ten week class series.
$250.00 per week pro-rated for unlimited Sunday-Wednesday classes for the nine week series.

***New For Newcomers** Our special Getting Started Getting Better program is a 2 week program offering those new to Yoga or new to our classes unlimited Yoga, Posture and Movement classes for two weeks. MORNING Yoga Series March 14 - May 19.2021, 2021(10 weeks) 

Sunday Mornings,   

Yoga for Serenity, Stress Relief and Wellness 9:30 - 10:45 am (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)

Beginners and advanced students alike can enjoy this classical Yoga experience designed to help de-stress and energize. Enjoy the power and peace inherent in this integrated approach to  mindfull movement , classical Yoga posture, breath work, meditation and imagery; intended to support the release of build flexibility and tone, release physical and energetic blockages that lead to stress and fatigue. As these seeds of distress are dissolved we bring the possibilities of unfolding balance, wellness, and inner peace.

 Wednesday Mornings, 

*Yoga Basics: Relax and Renew 9:30-10: 45 am (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)

Take a mid-morning break to enjoy a balanced Mindful Yoga and movement experience designed to support you throughout your day! Learn and expand upon this unique presentation of Yoga and additional awareness and movement practices designed to restore comfort and ease in movement renew body mind and spirit. Based upon a deep understanding of the layers and levels of bodily movement, alignment, and function, attention is given to core and outer physical strength, flexibility and overall balance. Meditation, awareness and mindful attention to breath to bring deep stress release and calm.. Take this invitation to transform all of your life as you integrate this simple, potent and profound time spent moving, breathing and being more peacefully in each moment.
 

Evening Yoga Series

Monday Evenings, 

Yoga Beyond the Basics: Yoga Mastery through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8:30 pm *Moderate challenge, some experience recommended)

Breakthrough the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga. Create an increasing connection to joy through your yoga practice amidst the challenges of living on and off the yoga mat.

Taking your Yoga to the next level doesn't need to mean more demand physically, especially if the essence and depth of practice is compromised. This class integrates the deeper Yoga practices with the familiar and more advanced variations of Yoga postures to bring greater insight and avenues for getting the most out of your practice.

 Elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired moment practices as weel as other creative healing movment modalities are integrated with more traditional Yoga poses and mindfulness practices to further enhance the growth and transformational possibilities of this experience.

Tuesday Evenings  

Yoga Basics: Flexibility and Stress Relief 6:00- 7:15 pm (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)

Learn and expand upon this unique presentation of yoga and additional awareness and movement practices designed to renew body mind and spirit. Restore and build flexibility, physical balance and tone as you release the accumulated effects of stress on your body and mind.

Here you will safely and steadily develop an understanding of the layers and levels of bodily movement, alignment, and function to alleviate aches and pains and restore comfort and joy in your body. Meditation, awareness and mindful attention to breath enhances a sense of power, focus and deep stress release. 

Wednesday Evenings December 23,, 2020 - January 6, 2021(2 weeks) 

*Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease Yoga Through Somatic Exploration: 6:00-7: 15 pm (all levels of experience, gentle to moderate challenge)

Whether you are a novice or more advanced student, recovering from pain and movement problems or simply seeking to move through blocks or limitations in your Yoga or exercise practice, this class can help you to discover and shed limiting moment patterns to enjoy freedom and ease in Yoga.

This class will employ a creative fusion of mindful Yoga practices and cutting-edge techniques developed by present-day movement masters to unlock to help you transform mental and physical patterns of pain and limitation. Enjoy this subtle, deep and remarkably powerful way of using awareness in motion to help regain pain-free movement, tone, and flexibility, address the effects of stress on body and mind.

The higher practices of deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation are integrated into the experience to facilitate stress release and deepen inner peace and well-being on and off the yoga mat.
