Yoga For Serenity, Stress Relief & Wellness Through Somatic Exploration– This class is for beginners & advanced students. This yoga class is designed to help relieve stress & energize your mind and body. The benefits are numerous, you can expect to increase flexibility, find balance, tone your body, and reduce fatigue.
Wednesday Mornings 9:30 – 10:45
Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew – This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help support you throughout the day. Renew your mind, body and spirit with this yoga class. Your core, flexibility and physical strength will be tested in this class. In order to enhance your power, focus and relieve stress.
Saturday Mornings – Posture Therapy 10:00 – 11:15
Yoga & Functional Movement for Posture Alignment, Pain Relief & Stress Management – This class is designed to relieve your musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Functional yoga that will help restore your body alignment, balance and enhance awareness. This systematic class will eliminate your chronic pain at the root cause.

Yoga Basics: Flexibility & Stress Relief – This unique presentation of yoga and additional awareness of movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building flexibility, balance and tone your body. This class will help relieve your aches and pains and bring balance to your life.
7:30 – 8:45
Yoga Beyond the Basics: Mastering Fitness, Flow & Peace – Discover the possibilities of yoga! This class is for those with some experience, but beginners are welcome! This yoga class is designed to develop your skills and bring you a greater feeling of physical well-being and deep stress relief.

Kundalini Yoga Basics – This class is for everyone! This yoga class is enlivening and enlightening. This class is designed to benefit all aspects of your life and body. Enhance your flexibility and body tone, expand your energy levels and experience deep stress relief.

Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease Yoga – Another yoga class designed for all levels. This class is designed to help you recover from pain and movement problems. This class will help you regain free movement, add tone and flexibility, and address the effects of stress on the body and mind.

Yoga Basics: Fitness Foundations 6:00-6:55 PM *In the JCC fitness room, free to JCC members, non members pay JCC guest fee (all levels of experience, gentle to moderate challenge)
A complete yoga experience for students of all levels. Function, fitness and fun are the focus as you explore balanced experiences of mindful movement with simple, powerful techniques of breath work and meditation. Learn and expand upon this presentation of classic yoga and additional awareness and movement practices designed to restore and renew body mind and spirit.

Here we will employ Classic Yoga poses aligned with present day movement and meditative practices and insights. Integrating these cutting edge approaches will help you break you through seemingly impossible barriers and achieve even greater benefits of healthful motion, calm and relient mind and overall wellness. This is a moderate to more challenging practice.
