The new Winter 2024 Class series is underway and will run through Monday March 25th, 2024. There will be a holiday hiatus from February 18th - February 24th, Join at any time!

Fees for the Sunday – Wednesday class series Join anytime!

  • $16.00 class per week pro-rate for the rest of the 8-week Sunday - Wednesday series
  • $25.00 for unlimited Sunday - Wednesday classes for the rest of the 8-week series.
  • $19.00 per class drop-in.

    Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8:30 pm

    Develop greater insight into the body/mind connection to explore new avenues for getting the most out of Yoga and meditation to feel better in body and mind. Break through the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga.

    This class integrates elements of Somatic Movement education mindful movement practices with more traditional Yoga poses to expand upon the possibilities of greater mental ease, movement power, and greater bodily comfort and ease at any age.

    Through the exploration and release of often unaware movement patterns that have created painful restrictions, blocks and limitations you can re-discover powerful foundations of physical and mental strength and ease.
