$200.00 for unlimited classes for the 8-week series
$20 per class drop-in - come when you can!

Hybrid classes are held in-studio at Jai Yoga and simul and simultaneously streamed live via Zoom.
Online-only classes are streamed via Zoom. Class access is noted in the schedule below.

This ongoing class/workshop series offers a simple, powerful, and self-empowering body–mind approach rooted in Yoga and guided by modern movement principles. Learn to address the root causes of pain, balance concerns, and movement challenges through mindful, accessible practices that restore mobility and relieve chronic discomfort.
If you’ve been living with chronic pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries and conventional methods haven’t brought lasting relief, this cass can offer a different path forward.
