The present Yoga and movement class series will continue until September 25th. The Fall class series will run from Tuesday, September 26 through Monday, November 20, 2023.

Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8:30pm
Develop greater insight in the body/mind connection to explore new avenues for getting the most out of Yoga and meditation to feel better in body and mind. Break through the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga.
This class integrates elements of Somatic Movement education mindful movement practices with more traditional Yoga poses to expand upon the possibilities of greater mental ease, movement power, and greater bodily comfort and ease at any age.
