Location Update & Late Summer 2025 Class Schedule
Beginning Wednesday, August 6, 2025, the Wednesday morning "Relax and Renew" and Wednesday evening "Ageless Ease Yoga and Movement" classes will be held at our new location:
Jai Yoga Studio
168 Boston Post Road (Route 1), Suite 5
Madison, CT
Located just over the Guilford town line, with ample on-site parking.
This beautiful, calming space offers a supportive atmosphere that I believe you'll enjoy.
Please note:
The Tuesday evening "Yoga Basics" and Saturday morning "Pain-Free Yoga and Functional Movement" classes will now be offered online only.
Late Summer 2025 Schedule
Our upcoming session begins Sunday, August 3 and runs for eight weeks, through Monday, September 30.
There will be a Labor Day break from August 22. - September 1.

Class Format & Access
Hybrid classes are held in-studio at Jai Yoga and simultaneously streamed live via Zoom.
Online-only classes are streamed via Zoom.Class acccess is noted in the schedule below.

Yoga Basics: Serenity, Stress Relief & Wellness Through Somatic Exploration—This class is for beginners and advanced students. It is designed to help relieve stress and energize your mind and body. The numerous benefits may include increasing flexibility, finding balance, toning your body, and reducing stress and fatigue.
Wednesday Mornings
9:30 – 10:45 am (Hybrid-in studio and online)
Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew Through Somatic Exploration—This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help you begin the day from a place of calm and centeredness so move and feel better throughout the day.
The gentle mindful apppraoch to Yoga is designed ot establish and build upon a foundation of flexibility, tone, and strength, enhancing your sense of power, mental ease, and focus and relieving stress.

Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8 30 pm
Develop greater insight into the body/mind connection and utilize this to explore new avenues for getting the most out of Yoga and meditation. Break through the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga.
Taking your Yoga to the next level doesn’t need to mean more demand physically, especially if the essence and depth of practice is compromised. This class integrates elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired mindful movement practices with more traditional Yoga poses to enhance and accelerate the growth and transformational possibilities.
Bring the possibilities of greater mental ease, movement power, and greater bodily comfort and ease at any age. Create an increasing connection to joy through your yoga practice amidst the challenges of living on and off the yoga mat.

Yoga Basics: Flexibility & Stress Relief Through Somatic Exploration – (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)
This unique presentation of yoga and additional somatic and mindful movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building your body's flexibility, balance, and tone. This class will help relieve your aches and pains and bring balance to your life.
Wednesday Evening
6:00 – 7:15 pm (Hybrid-in studio and streamed online)
Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease Yoga Through Somatic Exploration– (all levels of experience), gentle-moderate challenge). This class is a gentler approach for all levels of experience. This unique fusion of Yoga and cutting-edge mindful Somatic movement practice is designed to help you recover from pain and movement problems, optimize artistic and athletic performance, and bring a more balanced body and mind.
By exploring and releasing often unaware movement patterns that have created painful restrictions, blocks, and limitations, you can re-discover and build on robust foundations of physical and mental strength and ease to live your best life.

This class is designed to relieve your musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction by helping you understand, address, and resolve the root cause of chronic pain, movement, and balance limitations. It uses functional yoga and more present-day somatic movement education practices to restore body alignment, movement comfort, balance, and ease. to support your goals for a more active and pain-free life.
