The Holiday 2023 series of classses is underway and continuing through Monday, January 22nd, 2024.
The new Winter 2024 Class series is underway and will run through Monday March 25th, 2024. There will be a holiday hiatus from February 18th - February 24th, Join at any time!

Classes indicated as “Hybrid” classes will be held in-studio at Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health, 35 Boston St, Guilford, and simultaneously streamed online via Zoom. Other classes are indicated as online only.

Morning Yoga Classes

Yoga Basics: Serenity, Stress Relief & Wellness Through Somatic Exploration - This class is for beginners & advanced students. This yoga class is designed to help relieve stress & energize your mind and body. The numerous benefits imay nclude increasing flexibility, finding balance, toning your body, and reducing stress and fatigue.
9:30 – 10:45 am (Hybrid-in studio and online)
Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew Through Somatic Exploration – This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help support you moving and feeling better throughout the day.
Enjoy this approach designed to re-establish and build upon a foundation of flexibility, tone, and strength to enhance your sense of power, mental ease, and focus and relieve stress.
Evening Yoga Classes
7:15 -8:30 pm (Online only)
Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8 30 pm
Develop greater insight into the body/mind connection and utilize this to explore new avenues for getting the most out of Yoga and meditation. Break through the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga.

This class integrates elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired mindful movement practices with more traditional Yoga poses to enhance and accelerate the growth and transformational possibilities.

This unique presentation of yoga and additional somatic and mindful movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building your body's flexibility, balance, and tone. This class will help relieve your aches and pains and bring balance to your life.
6:00 – 7:15 pm (Hybrid-in studio and streamed online)
Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease YogaThrough Somatic Exploration– (all levels of experience), gentle-moderate challenge). This class is a gentler approach for all levels of experience. This unique fusion of Yoga and cutting-edge mindful Somatic movement practice is designed to help you recover from pain and movement problems, optimize artistic and athletic performance, and bring a more balanced body and mind.
By exploring and releasing often unaware movement patterns that have created painful restrictions, blocks, and limitations, you can re-discover and build on robust foundations of physical and mental strength and ease to live your best life.

This class is designed to relieve your musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction to help to to understandd, address and help reolve the root coause of of chronic pain movment and balance limitations. It uses functional yoga and somatic movement education practices to restore body alignment, movement comfort, balance, and ease. to support your goals for and more active and pain free life.
