Special Series

Saturday Mornings

Yoga & Functional Movement for Posture Alignment, Pain Relief & Stress Management

If you’ve been living with chronic pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries—and conventional methods haven’t brought lasting relief—this series offers a different path forward.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, you’ll learn to recognize and reorganize the postural habits and movement patterns that create pain at their source. Through guided functional movement, somatic awareness, and postural re-education, you’ll restore natural alignment and rebuild confidence in how you move. These are skills for lasting change, not temporary relief.

Each 90-minute session offers clear, supportive guidance to help you:

  • Identify the root patterns driving discomfort.

  • Restore natural alignment, strength, and mobility through mindful movement exploration.

  • Calm your nervous system and reduce pain-amplifying stress.

  • Build sustainable movement habits you can apply every day.

This class is ideal for those managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking a root-cause, awareness-based approach to optimal movement and well-being.

Fall 2025 series: September 27 – November 1, 2025 (Online via Zoom)

9:30 – 11:00 am

Fees:

  • $102 for the 6-week series.
  • $22.00 drop in per class—- Join or drop in anytime!

Why This Approach Works

Most pain management strategies focus on isolated symptoms—tight muscles, weak areas, or misalignment. But the body functions as an integrated system. When one area compensates for another, chronic tension develops, creating pain patterns that no single stretch, adjustment, or treatment can resolve.

This class helps you address pain at its source by re-educating the nervous system to release those habitual patterns. Rather than relying on someone else to “fix” you, you’ll learn how to sense what your body needs and make the changes yourself—developing awareness that leads to sustainable, lasting relief.

Why Online Learning Is Effective

Unlike hands-on treatment, this educational approach helps you cultivate inner awareness and self-reliance. Practicing at home allows you to develop skills you can use daily, in the same environment where you live and move. The result is confidence and transformation that extend far beyond the class itself.

You’ll be guided every step of the way—learning, exploring, and rebuilding confidence in how you move.
