Full Yoga and “Pain Free” Posture Class Schedule

The present Sunday – Wednesday Yoga class schedule is underway and runs through Monday November 15th.
All classes will be streamed online via Zoom and some(see below) you will be able to attend in-studio at Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health, 35 Boston St, Guilford.
These will simultaneously be streamed online via Zoom as a “Hybrid” class.. The schedule below indicates the options available for each class.
***At this time only vaccinated individuals are allowed in-studio. Masks are optional at this time. This will on the honor system.
!!Though effort will be made to position the camera so it won’t be trained on students in studio you do need to know and agree that you may be on camera at times.
Fees for the Sunday – Wednesday classes for the Fall series running through November 15, 2021.

$16.00 pro-rated for one class per week for the rest of the eight week series.
$25.00 per week rate for unlimited Sunday-Wednesday classes per week for the rest eight week series.
$19.00 per class drop in

You should see my name, maybe my photo so you will know it is me. A transaction fee may be involved if you use a credit card on Venmo and paypal rather than a bank account.
