Online Yoga and Posture class schedule
Below is the Yoga, Posture and Movement online class schedule via Zoom Meeting the period of Saturday, May 23 – Wednesday July 1, 2020.
Suggested donations for the Sunday, May 24 – Wednesday July 1, 2020 time period.
Sunday- Wednesday classes:
$90.00 for the six session within the 6 weeks. $15.00 drop in rate for a single class. Drop in anytime!
$160.00 for unlimited Sunday – Wednesday Classes for the 6 week period until July 1st.
Saturday 10am Yoga & Functional Movement for Posture Alignment, Pain Relief & Stress Management series fee:
$90 for the 6 session series from May 23 – June 27, 2020
$17.00 drop in per class
***(note: the Saturday class is separate from the Monday-Wednesday class fee schedule)
To pay, you can use Paypal or Venmo. For Venmo my user name is @Alan-Franzi and follow the prompts. For Paypal my user name to pay is email@example.com . You should see my name, maybe my photo so you will know it is me. A transaction fee may be involved if you use a credit card on Venmo rather than a bank account.
If you don’t yet have a Zoom, PayPal or Venmo account signing up for one is relative simple and they are free to sign up.

Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8: 30 pm
Discover the possibilities of yoga! This class is for those with some experience, but adventurous beginners are welcome! This yoga class is designed to recover optimal movement capability thorough a blend of classic Yoga asana and Somatic awareness and movement education practices that can create more lasting change and growth.
