The present series is ongoing and runs through Monday, July 19th.
The new full Sunday – Wednesday class schedule will begin on Tuesday July 20th and run for 8 weeks through Monday September 20th. All classes will be streamed online via Zoom and some you will be able to attend in our Guilford Studio while simultaneously being streamed online via Zoom. The schedule indicates the options available for each class.
Classes that include live streaming simultaneously with in-studio attendance are commonly called “Hybrid Classes”. Click here for more information on this exciting change and how to reserve in studio class space.
*** Because of Covid restrictions still in place for Fitness centers un vaccinated individuals are required to wear masks. Though effort will be made to position the camera so it won’t be trained on students in studio you do need to know and agree that you may be on camera at times. Those who register for in-studio classes can access class via zoom if unable to attend in-person.
Class registration continues as described below for those who wish to continue with online participation.

$200.00 for unlimited Sunday-Wednesday classes for the 8 week series.
