$18.00 per class drop in
Series rate: $15.00 per class pro rated for 1 class/week, $25.00 pro-rated series rate for unlimited classes weekly for the Sunday – Wednesday Classes for the remainder of the series ending on 11 /2/20.

***New For Newcomers** Our special Getting Started Getting Better program is a 2 week program offering those new to Yoga or new to our classes unlimited Yoga, Posture and Movement classes for two weeks. This will allow you a way to sample our offerings to help you decide about our approach and which classes will best serve your needs The cost is $20 for the  two weeks.

To pay, you can  use Paypal,, Zelle, Venmo. For  Venmo  my user name is @Alan-Franzi and  follow the prompts. For Paypal my user name to pay is . You should see my name, maybe my photo so you will know it is me. A transaction fee may be involved if you use a credit card on Venmo and paypal rather than a bank account.

Discover the possibilities of yoga! This class is for those with some experience, but adventurous beginners are welcome! This yoga class is designed to recover optimal movement capability thorough a blend of classic Yoga asana and Somatic awareness and movement education practices that can create more lasting change and growth. You can develop and expand upon these skills and bring yourself for an even greater experience of physical well-being and deep stress relief.
