Upcoming Class Schedule
January – March 2023 Winter Class series
The upcoming Winter class series of classes will begin on Tuesday January, 17th and run for 8 weeks through Monday, March 20th. There will be no classes on February 19th and 20th due to the President’s Day Holiday.
Fees for the Sunday – Wednesday class Series:
$144.00 one class per week for the 9 week Tuesday and Wednesday class series.
$128.00 for the 8 week Sunday and Monday class series.
$225.00 for unlimited classes for full 9week series.
$19.00 per class drop in.
Please pre-pay, or arrange payment beforehand. You can use Paypal,, Zelle, Venmo. For Venmo my user name is @creativeedgeyoga and follow the prompts. For Paypal my username to pay is email@example.com . You should see my name, maybe my photo so you will know it is me. A transaction fee may be involved if you use a credit card on Venmo and paypal rather than a bank account.

Morning Yoga Classes
Sunday Mornings 9:00 – 10:15 am 5(online only)
Yoga For Serenity, Stress Relief & Wellness – This class is for beginners & advanced students. This yoga class is designed to help relieve stress & energize your mind and body. The benefits are numerous, you can expect to increase flexibility, find balance, tone your body, and reduce fatigue.
Wednesday Mornings 9:30 – 10:45(Hybrid-in studio and streamed online as of July 20, 2021)
Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew – This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help support you moving and feeling better throughout the day. Renew your mind, body and spirit with this yoga class. Enjoy this approach designed to re-establish and build upon a foundation of flexibility, tone, and strength in order to enhance your personal sense of power, mental ease and focus and relieve stress.

Yoga Basics and Beyond: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration 7:15-8: 30 pm
Develop greater insight in the body/mind connection and utilize this to explore new avenues for getting the most out of Yoga and meditation. Break through the plateaus in your yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies and integrate the profound benefits of yoga.
Taking your Yoga to the next level doesn’t need to mean more demand physically, especially if the essence and depth of practice is compromised. This class integrates elements of Somatic and Feldenkrais inspired mindful movement practices with more traditional Yoga poses to enhance and accelerate the growth and transformational possibilities.

Yoga Basics: Flexibility & Stress Relief – (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)
This unique presentation of yoga and additional somatic and mindful movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building flexibility, balance and tone your body. This class will help relieve your aches and pains and bring balance to your life.
Wednesday Evening 6:00 – 7:15(Hybrid-in studio and streamed online)
Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease Yoga – (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge) Another yoga class designed for all levels; but with a deeper focus on restoring the foundation of healthy and pleasurable movement function at any age This class is designed to help you uncover and release the root causes of pain and movement problems, regain pleasure and comfort in movement, support developing tone and flexibility, and address the effects of stress on the body and mind.
Enjoy this unique integration of insight and practices from modern somatic movement modalities to build balance in Yoga and in your life off the Yoga mat.
