Special Announcement:

Three classes live in studio at the Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health, 35 Boston St in Guilford. These classes will continue to be streamed online via Zoom simultaneously. These live in-studio classes are indicated below as “Hybrid Classes”.   Click here for more information on how to reserve in person class space. Class registration continues as described below for online participation.

*** Because of Covid restrictions still in place for Fitness centers unvaccinated individuals  are required to wear masks. Though effort will be made to position the  camera so it  won’t be trained on students in studio you do need to know and agree that you may be on camera at times.

Fees:
Sunday – Wednesday classes for the series running from September 21 – November 14, 2021.

$128.00 for one class per week for the eight week series.
$200.00 per week rate for unlimited Sunday-Wednesday classes per week for the eight week series.
$19.00 per class drop in

Wednesday Mornings 9:30 – 10:45(Hybrid-in studio and streamed online as of July 20, 2021)

Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew – This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help support you moving and feeling better throughout the day. Renew your mind, body and spirit with this yoga class. Enjoy this approach designed to re-establish and build upon a foundation of flexibility, tone, and strength  in order to enhance your personal sense of power, mental ease and focus and relieve stress.

Yoga Basics: Flexibility & Stress Relief – This unique presentation of yoga and additional somatic and mindful movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building flexibility, balance and tone your body.
