Fees:
$18.00 per class drop in
Series rate: $15.00 per class pro rated for 1 class/week, $25.00 pro-rated series rate for unlimited classes weekly for the Sunday – Wednesday Classes for the remainder of the series ending on11 /2/20.

***New For Newcomers** Our special Getting Started Getting Better program is a 2 week program offering those new to Yoga or new to our classes unlimited Yoga, Posture and Movement classes for two weeks. This will allow you a way to sample our offerings to help you decide about our approach and which classes will best serve your needs The cost is $20 for the  two weeks.

Yoga Basics: Relax & Renew – This yoga class is for all experience levels and is designed to help support you moving and feeling better throughout the day. Renew your mind, body and spirit with this yoga class. Enjoy this approach designed to re-establish and build upon a foundation of flexibility, tone, and strength  in order to enhance your personal sense of power, mental ease and focus and relieve stress.

Evening Yoga Classes

Tuesday Evening 6:00 – 7:15

Yoga Basics: Flexibility & Stress Relief – This unique presentation of yoga and additional somatic and mindful movement practices is designed to renew the body, mind, and spirit while restoring and building flexibility, balance and tone your body. This class will help relieve your aches and pains and bring balance to your life.

Yoga Beyond the Basics: Yoga Mastery Through Somatic Exploration
Discover the possibilities of yoga! This class is for those with some experience, but adventurous beginners are welcome! This yoga class is designed to recover optimal movement capability thorough a blend of classic Yoga asana and Somatic awareness and movement education practices that can create more lasting change and growth. You can develop and expand upon these skills and bring yourself for an even greater experience of physical well-being and deep stress relief.

Wednesday Evening 4:30 – 5:4 on hiatus for the Summer

Kundalini Yoga Basics – This class is for everyone! This yoga class is enlivening and enlightening. This class is designed to benefit all aspects of your life and body as it is a powerful blend of all Yoga has to offer to create a stronger and more resilient body and mind. Yoga Basics: Ageless Ease Yoga –  Another yoga class designed for all levels. This class is designed to help you recover from pain and movement problems. This class will help you regain free movement, add tone and flexibility, and address the effects of stress on the body and mind.
