Getting Started With Online Yoga and Movement Classes With Zoom
Our online classes are continuing with the Spring 2021 class series that will run from Sunday January 10th through Wednesday March 1oth, 2021.
The Spring 2021 Yoga class series that will run from Sunday March 14th through Wednesday May 19th will continue to to be held online via Zoom
***Classes will continue to be streamed online.We will begin to open the studio for in-person classes as the next few month as it becomes more safe to do so.
Ultimately, we will then be offering a mix of online, in studio and “hybrid” classes that will both be streamed online and have students in-studio simultaneously.
We will keep you informed of when and how this will happen. We will do this without disrupting or interrupting the present online classes.
New Program For Newcomers to Yoga and/or Virtual Classes
We are introducing our special “Getting Started Getting Better” program to help make access to Yoga online simple and easy. For those new to Yoga or new to our online Yoga and Movement classes this program offers unlimited virtual Yoga, Posture and Movement classes for two weeks. Included in this is a phone consultation if desired to help you get started with Zoom and help setting up your inhome space if needed.
The cost is $25 for the two weeks.

We are here to answer specific questions and guide you if challenges arise. For that reason we suggest you arrive to 10-15 minutes before classes are scheduled to begin so we can help you get comfortable with the process and handle any concerns that arise before class begins.

To setup your physical space make sure the area is safely clear of objects that get in the way of safe movement in an out of poses, etc.
Basic props are optional and can include a Yoga mat, 1(or 2)Yoga blocks or pillows, a belt or strap, and a blanket or cushion for seated meditation. Modifications in poses can be substituted for props in most cases.
